Most people want to have sexy legs. The problem is with all the unhealthy eating and lack of exercise a lot of people get fat deposits all over the body. Unfortunately one of these areas is the thighs.
We all have different body structures and genes. We cannot change this, but we can surely change the fat on the thighs.
So what is the main reason for getting fat thighs? The main reason is the unhealthy food that we eat.
If you have a lot of fat on your hips and thighs then you must implement a sensible weight loss diet, exercise and be patient. Fat thighs, hips or butt won't disappear overnight.
