Why Fat Builds?

It is vitally important to understand how your body works before you begin with any weight loss plan. It is also important to note that body fat plays an important role in the body. With age people tend to gain fat in different parts of the body. Hormones distributes the fat around the hips, buttocks, and thighs of women and the abdomen of men.

The most common belief is that fat stems from improper eating and a lack of exercise. This might be true, but there are also other factors that can be a contributing factor in weight gain.
Here are some factors that contribute to fat increase in the body.

* Slow Metabolism -

As we get older, our metabolism tends to slow down. Our body don't burn calories as fast as when we were younger.

* Genetics -

Your family might be naturally overweight because of your genes.

* Menopause

* Stress -

When a person is under a lot of stress they tend to eat more. In this process a hormone called cortisol is released and it makes you feel hungrier.

This are just a couple of reasons why you fat build in your body.
