Body Types

Your genetics determine which body type you have. Body types are a scientific categorization of a person's body shape which are determined by physical features.

There are 3 scientific categories of body types:

1. Ectomorph
2. Mesomorph
3. Endomorph

As humans we are not 100% endomorph, ectomorph or mesomorph. Every individual  person have a mixture of body type characteristics.

1. Ectomorphs:

They are people that are very skinny with a linear appearance, small muscles, very fast metabolism, low body fat, narrow shoulders, hips and waist. These are people that can eat a lot of food and not build fat. They stay lean.

2. Mesomorphs:

These people are naturally muscular with wide shoulders, small waist, athletic build, low body fat percentage with an increase metabolism.

3. Endomorphs:

The naturally large person characterized with a round face, wide hips, big bones, slow metabolism and high number of fat cells.
