We are bombarded daily with the media ... majority of the magazines, advertising and infomercials which promote the anorexic look. Now this is a problem ... Why try to be like them? You have a beautiful body as it is. Because of the modern lifestyle (fast food, fast cars and fast cash) we sometimes gain excess body fat. This is a problem that can cause health problems. It is a good idea to get your total BMI (body mass index) in order. This is where a sound diet (healthy eating plan) and having an active (walking, climbing stairs, dancing, cycling, exercising ...) lifestyle can do wonders. Some women have cellulite that can be reduced and even eliminated.

Why do you want sexy legs?

  • Get your mindset right - Believe that you can do it.
  • Planning
  • Setting goals - Short term, Long term
  • Develop sensible eating habits
  • Do cardiovascular training (walking, jogging, cycling, rowing)
  • Do targeted exercises - (squatting, lunges, leg curls etc.)
  • Be committed
  • Don't give up

It is up to YOU to make a start... not tomorrow, but today. Don't procrastinate. Be committed to you goals and stay consistent over a period of time. With time you should see results.

Some Butt Myths:

  • I'm too old to have a firm butt and have sex legs. This is simply not true.
  • Aerobics is the only way to burn BODY FAT. Your body also burns fat (calories) naturally, but not as much as cardio.
  • If I train my legs with weights, it will look like man legs. Not true. Female legs will muscularly develop, but not look like man's legs.
  • I will never look like model. What do you believe? Are you going to look at society and desire to look anorexic or natural?
  • When I stop exercising my muscles will turn into fat. Muscles don't turn into fat.
